Allison Rader is the founder of Allison Rader Mathematics Tutoring and a highly experienced educator with a lifelong passion for teaching, coaching, and helping students reach their full potential. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Villanova University and brings nearly two decades of classroom experience to her tutoring practice.
For 18 years, Allison has taught high school mathematics at Germantown Academy, where she currently also serves as a House Head, mentoring students both academically and personally. Her deep understanding of curriculum, assessment, and student learning styles allows her to meet students where they are and help them build lasting confidence in math.
